Trump bullies media

Daily Mail, UK - Donald Trump reportedly used his secret meeting with executives from the major television networks and their top on-air talent on Monday to criticize and attack those in attendance.

The New York Post spoke with a source who said that the meeting felt 'like a f***ing firing squad,' and described the hour-long discussion as a 'total disaster.'

Some of those in attendance also got a 'Trump-style dressing down' according to the source, most notably CNN president Jeff Zucker and ABC's chief global correspondent Martha Raddatz.

A second source, who confirmed that there was an encounter between Trump and Zucker, said: 'Trump kept saying, "We're in a room of liars, the deceitful dishonest media who got it all wrong."

This account differs wildly from the one Kellyanne Conway gave to members of the press after she left the meeting, which she said was 'very cordial, very productive, very congenial.'

Trump kicked things off by going after Zucker, according to the first source who spoke with the Post. That person claims that the President-elect told the CNN president, 'I hate your network, everyone at CNN is a liar and you should be ashamed.'

He later turned his attention to two of the women who had been covering the election said the second source.

'Trump didn't say Katy Tur by name, but talked about an NBC female correspondent who got it wrong, then he referred to a horrible network correspondent who cried when Hillary lost who hosted a debate – which was Martha Raddatz who was also in the room,' claims the source.

Later in the meeting, those in attendance did have the chance to pose some questions to Trump according to that same source, at which point CBS This Morning host Gayle King asked: 'How do you propose we the media work with you?'

Meet the Press' Chuck Todd used his time to ask a few 'pointed questions' said the source, while World News Tonight anchor David Muir asked if he had figured out his family's living situation come January.

'It was a horrible meeting,' added the source.

Again with the Daily Mail? For Christ's sake what the hell is going on? The fucking Daily Mail?
Whatever happened to responsible reporting and journalistic integrity? You're failing us Sam. You're losing credibility.
Here's what the New York Times had to report about their Tuesday encounter with Trump:
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/22/business/media/donald-trump-new-york-times.html
Headline reading: "Trump, at New York Times Meeting, Is Cordial and Critical"
"In the end, the 75-minute meeting was a relatively cordial discussion, with Mr. Trump covering the full range of his sometimes conflicting attitudes toward the media. The president-elect began the meeting with some complaints about his coverage in The Times, saying he had been 'treated very rough' and “treated very unfairly in a sense, a true sense.” But he also confessed to being a devoted reader of the newspaper, and ended the meeting by praising The Times as “a world jewel” and adding, 'I hope we can all get along.' The western republics were semi stable first world during the cold war era. Now that the cold war is long over and threat of communism gone they are unraveling toward third world chaos. The solution I gave years ago is still posible , ie newer better democracy designs in place here and there in a few countries to straighten out the world's political economy. As it stands now the west will continue its slide into third world chaos, this election cycle and trump is just a warm up. Just look at current third republics to see what is coming. A kind of dark age is very likly to start as long as a way to straighten out global economy is not implimented. The plan is very simple, a think tank to create new democracy designs, testing them by computer modeling, then live testing in failed republics. Once about five countries are going well with a competitive democracy design their threat on standard republics will work to straighten out global political economy, sort of like the cold war did for the western republics in the past. To date the modern tech of cell phones and Internet has been a partial replacement for the cold war situation, but not enough on their own and to date are also a strong force that increases the rate of upheaval and new revolutions.

As the western republics go toward their natural condition, ie third world chaos, their leadership will reflect that more and more, trump is just a warm up. No matter if fascist or communist or some other "ist" third world is still third world and all are single political party ran "republics". If mankind waits untill another lucky fluke of history for first world stability on any decent scale, it could be a very long miserable time....
