POGO - Failing to insist on accountability for January 6 — even from those at the highest levels of power — is as good as holding open the doors of the Capitol for the next attempted coup. We've been pushing the Department of Justice to take a stand on whether Trump’s actions on January 6 constitute a federal crime. A definitive indictment is critical. It must be clear that plots to overturn elections are intolerable.
