Temperatures to drop heavily in some states

 Newsweek -  The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued frost advisories impacting thousands across Wisconsin, Kansas, Nebraska, and California.

Residents are urged to safeguard plants, as overnight lows across multiple states create the potential for damaging frost.

Multiple regions of Wisconsin were under frost advisories as of early Monday...  South central and southeast Wisconsin could see temperatures as low as 32, the Milwaukee/Sullivan office said.
