Sam Smith - The great undiscussed story these days is how do you constitutionally and effectively end Trump's administration for breaking the law. Watching TV news it seems like lawyers and the media have come up with ways to discuss the topic without offering any solution or even mention of the lack of a solution.
Part of the problem may be that Trump controls federal police and military and to force him out would require him not to find ways to use this power.
While enough Democratic votes could impeach him, the Democrats not only don't have the votes, they - like others in power - are quite fuzzy. For example, the Detroit News reported two days ago, "Four Democratic members of Congress removed their names as original co-sponsors of the articles of impeachment that Detroit U.S. Rep. Shri Thanedar introduced this week targeting President Donald Trump."
The best I've been able to come up with is to use financial penalties for Trump's wrong doing. Money is a major factor in the way Trump thinks. But money may not be enough.
What I've concluded is that the country's elite doesn't want to mention that the Constitution fails to come up with a solution when America elects someone with as many thuggish approaches as our current president. Our supposedly wise elite is simply dumbfounded.
