Election

NPR - In Pennsylvania, there are roughly 580,000 Latinos who will be eligible to vote in this year’s presidential election. This number is about seven times President Biden’s margin of victory in the state in 2020. This means that even a small percentage of this swing state’s Latino voters could be decisive in the close fight for the White House between Vice President Harris and former President Donald Trump. Similarly, in Nevada, around 1 in 5 voters are Latino, giving the group more political power there than in almost any of the other seven key states in the Electoral College count.

In an ABC News/Ipsos poll out this morning, 59% of U.S. adults say the economy is getting worse — more than twice as many as say it's getting better, 23%.
