Axios - Experts warn we could be in for another delayed, disputed election outcome. In the toss-up states — Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia — presidential margins could be even closer this time. Some new laws and policies aim to expedite ballot counts. But many rules and timelines will be the same.

 Most swing states' vote counting and certification could again extend beyond Election Day. "It is a near guarantee that Donald Trump will declare victory the night of Nov. 5 and the margin won't matter," David Becker, executive director of the Center for Election Innovation and Research, told Axios.  Share this story.
