Sam Smith - Re convicted repeat criminal Donald Trump's sentencing scheduled for mid-September, the best way to handle it would be to go ahead on that date with a provision that should he be elected to any federal post his sentence would be reviewed. This would be a fair way both for criminal Trump and for a public unwise enough to elect him.
