The Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity means some evidence in the New York trial — including Trump’s tweets — should not have been allowed, his lawyers said. The court ruled last week that presidents have immunity for official acts but not private conduct. This could impact all four of Trump’s criminal cases.
