NPR - A special education staffing crisis is raging through many U.S. school districts.
It's taking a toll on students and families. A recent federal survey of
school districts across the U.S. found special education jobs were
among the hardest to staff – and vacancies were widespread. NPR's Cory
Turner and Lauren Migaki traveled to a school district in Del Norte County, Calif.,to speak with parents and educators about how this crisis has affected students and families.
