A world map shows the countries that have recognized Palestine as a state. Most of Asia, Africa and South America have recognized Palestine, while the U.S., Canada, Australia and much of western Europe have not. Seven countries have recognized in 2024: Barbados, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Ireland, Spain and Norway.
