Trump update

The View” co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, who served as White House communications director under Donald Trump, said he once threatened to have a member of his own staff executed.“Right before I resigned, I was in an Oval Office meeting with a dozen other staffers, and somebody had, he thinks, leaked a story about him going to the bunker during the George Floyd protests,” she said on Tuesday’s broadcast. “And he said, ‘Whoever did that should be executed.’”

Donald Trump once again denied climate science and reiterated that the world shouldn’t be worried about global warming. The former president said at a Fox News town hall: “The only global warming we should be thinking about and worrying about because it is gonna happen tomorrow, is nuclear global warming not global warming.” ... Mr Trump had previously called climate change a “make-believe problem”, a “canard”, “nonexistent” and “a very, very expensive form of tax”.

Prosecutors in the Georgia election subversion case against former President Donald Trump have officially listed former Vice President Mike Pence as one of the witnesses who could be called to testify at trial, according to multiple sources familiar with court documents that remain under seal.

Federal prosecutors said they intend to present evidence at Donald Trump's upcoming election-subversion trial that an agent of the former president sought "to cause a riot to disrupt the count" of votes in Detroit after the 2020 presidential election. (More)
