Trump says he will renew efforts to replace ‘Obamacare’ if he wins a second term

After failing to repeal it while in the White House, the former president threatened over the weekend that he was “seriously looking at alternatives.” The comments drew rebuke from Democratic President Joe Biden's campaign.
