Another legal setback for Trump

Call to Activism -   The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has returned E. Jean Carroll's initial defamation case against Donald Trump back to the same district court judge who previously decided Trump did not act within the scope of his employment as president when he denied Carroll's rape claim and allegedly defamed her. Trump, who denies the allegations, has argued that the Justice Department should be named as the defendant instead of him, as he was acting as a federal government employee when he made the comments in question.
