The statistic that Democrats and the media aren't talking about is that Biden is statistically tied in polls against both Trump and DeSantis. In the five past polls, Biden has led Trump by three points in only one poll and two points in two. Otherwise he tied or led by one. Against DeSantis, Biden led by two points in one poll, otherwise he tied or led by one.

It's clear that the Dems should, at the least, consider another, younger candidate, for the obvious reason that the youth voter will be needed to ensure a victory over the right-wing reactionaries who make up the cult that revers Trump, et al.
