It appears that Chia has no qualms about making the North Chia Plain, home to 400 million people, completely uninhabitable and flooding all of its coastal cities
To me, this picture merely shows people (cars) lining up to pay at a Toll Booth. Then cramming into a narrower highway.
OK, maybe the Illinois Tollway wasn't this bad, but it was a real 'bummer', until we got those transponders to put into the car's window that allows us to hardly slow down.
