I'm not sure if he was even getting a great deal with 4-pies; unless he likes the crust. Circumference of a circle is pi x D. So the big pie has a crust of 9Pi, but the little ones have 4(pi x 5) or 20pi = a ratio of 9:20; or over twice the amount of crust on the smaller pizzas. But maybe the crust is thinner on the 5" pizzas.
