State supreme court kils South Carolina's six week abortion ban

Washington Post -  South Carolina’s six-week abortion ban was struck down yesterday. The state’s Supreme Court ruled that the law, which banned abortion after six weeks in most cases, violated the state’s constitution. Abortion is now legal in the state until around 20 weeks of pregnancy. It’s also a win for supporters of abortion rights as legal battles continue across the country.
