Lyndon Johnson told this one: A patient with a heart condition was told he could get a heart transplant and choose the donor. Two men had died that were compatible. A 25 year old jogger had been hit by a car and a 50 year old Republican Senator fell in his shower. Which would he choose. The patient replied, “Of course the Senator’s heart. I want a heart that's never been used.”
