Historically Black colleges and universities are a rare bright spot in grim college enrollment data, Axios' Erin Doherty reports. The institutions enjoyed a 6.6% uptick in freshmen enrollment in fall 2022, compared to a nationwide freshmen enrollment drop of 1.5%.
