Sam Smith - One of the problems with coverage of the attempted takeover of the 2020 election by Trumpist backers is that it is being treated as another debatable political event when in fact it was a traitorous attack without precedent in American history and one that injured 138 police officers. The attackers were not just protesting, they were engaged in a treasonable attack on the American republic.

Move to Russia.

My first impression was that these two ‘anonymous’ individual’s missives actually were directed toward Sam Smith. These are just the kind of comments that make people question their own ‘reality’. No wonder so many people are conflicted in their thinking, and formed ‘support groups’ like Q-Anon with other ‘mouth-breathers’. Of course these comments are from “Trolls”. Short truncated blather written by, and for, those with a short attention span.
But, after a moment’s reflection, I saw that their comments were directed toward those anarchists that descended upon the US Capital on 1 January. And possibly TFG. No doubt about it. How silly of me to have thought otherwise.
That whole palaver about attempting to prevent Pence from doing his job. Ransacking the capital building. Stealing crap. Dressing up in their favorite retro Village People or black-op Ken doll costumes. It really was nonsense. Serious stuff from a “legal”, “psychological”, “sociological”, and “political” viewpoint, but nonsense. They were mostly ‘white’ after all. It must have been ‘just nonsense’. If they were ‘anything else’ it certainly wouldn’t have been ‘nonsense’ to TFG, and most certainly troops would have been called.
But it was that comment: “Move to Russia” that cinched it. Of course, it had to be directed toward TFG and his minions. After all, the orange guy has been making many not-so-veiled comments about how much he liked Putin, and if he got millions and millions of dollars from Russian oligarchs I theorize that would buy many many hookers. Whats Not To Like! All his followers might like it too! And… I have it on ‘good’ but somewhat questionable authority that people with Orange hair would not wear a red hat like that. That could only happen as a result of ‘ignorance’, ‘color-blindness’, etc. or as anybody from TFG’s generation knows – the willingness to be called a “Red”, and maybe even Move to Russia.
Correction: 6 January vs. 1 January. I got ahead of myself...
