Politico - New York AG Tish James and Manhattan DA Cy Vance, Jr., are looking into varying value estimates on the same Trump properties. For example, 40 Wall Street was valued at $527 million in 2012, but a few months later, the Trump Organization “told property tax officials that the entire 70-story building was worth less than a high-end Manhattan condo, just $16.7 million.”
