Infrastructure: Just a suggestion

Sam Smith - Infrastructure is one of those terms that gained prominence as liberals became better educated. The problem is that ordinary citizens don't use it and more than we think may not understand what it means. Here's one vote to go back to public works which is not only more easily understood but also resulted in more public construction of roads, bridges and the like.
