Federal Workers. All of them? How about members of Congress? If memory serves, it was some years ago that Congress legislated themselves a real 'sweetheart' deal where they wouldn't even have to go through the 'bother' of legislating themselves a Pay Raise each year. Rather, they would be granted an Automatic Pay Raise (not sure of percentage), UNLESS, I suppose, they would all gather together and Vote Against It. I'm sure it'll be greater than 1% this year though.
