The Uber threat to public transit

A poll found that 72 percent of Americans support granting legal status to immigrants who crossed into the U.S. illegally if they meet certain criteria. The figure represents a slight decline from a Pew survey conducted in March 2017, in which 77 percent of Americans said they were supportive of the idea.

Wall Street Journal - Mortgage balances rose by $162 billion in the second quarter to $9.406 trillion, surpassing the high of $9.294 trillion in the third quarter of 2008, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York said Tuesday. Mortgages are the largest component of household debt.
