Word: Law as king

It should be true, but it's not true. And Mr Paine knew that at the time.
The US government at every level is a government by men, not by law. Because the written law itself can be ignored at the whim of a judge by "interpretation" (whether it's law or religion, that's what priests always do: "interpret" the laws/will of god for the benefit of the rich and connected). Deus vult! Fiat voluntas nostra!
