Best and worst states

For some time we have been keeping track of rankings of states by various standards including economic, environmental and social. We don't do the ranking; we just use over a score of ranks from responsible sources. Here is how the best and worst states over the past year stand: dark blue is for the ten best, and dark red is for the ten worst. Significant followups are in lighter blue and lighter red
