Probably such numbers would be consistent since 1846 when Polk attacked Mexico. The point of coming to American was to escape the insane trap of the European war system which the founders sought to avoid by geographic isolation. The US bought and imported the Euro permanent world war system when it absorbed the Axis empire into NATO. Americans now have as much say about the MIC as would Poles or Germans. The homeland is now just another foreign population since the constitution doesn't govern the empire, rather vice versa.
