Strange thing about the GOP tax bill
Lee Drutman - The strangest thing about the congressional GOP tax cut obsession is that there's no real public demand for it. Most think taxes are fair.
To Republicans, it doesn't matter that there's no real public demand for a tax cut bill.
It is in their DNA to screw the people whenever possible, with made-up 'necessities' if necessary.
That these barbarians still continue to function on the US political scene is amazing, and it speaks ill of the political acumen of about half the voting population.
But it speaks very well of the Republican ability to bamboozle.
