Rubio would name anti-Christian Supreme Court justices who would ban same sex marriage
Said Rubio:"I don't believe any case law is settled law. Any future Supreme Court can change it. And ultimately, I will appoint Supreme Court justices that will interpret the Constitution as originally constructed."

Won't Rubio be in for a big surprise, if he actually gets elected and appoints judges who understand what the framers originally wanted. Suddenly corporations will only be allowed to exist for limited times and specific purposes.
And the Federal Government, i.e. "The People", will be entitled to have armed forces, but individuals and states will have no right to own firearms or weapons of war without federal permission.

You clearly don't understand the BoR very well. Or history.
