Morning Line: Democrats remain in deep trouble

The media is not reporting it but the Democrats continue in deep trouble, doing poorly against top Republicans who are inexperienced, incompetent and personally bizarre.

Based on our average of recent polls, Clinton would lose to Carson and is statistically tied with other major Republicans. Biden would beat Bush or Trump by 8-12 points but is statistically tied with Carson. Sanders is statistically tied with Bush and Trump, but 8 points behind Carson.

Trump has 30 points in the GOP race, leading Carson by a comfortable 16.Bush has 9 and Fiorina has slipped down to 7. with Rubio and Cruz at 6

Nine points ahead, for first time Clinton has only a single digit lead over Sanders. Biden is 18 points behind

The bracketology for the GOP tournament has 4 number 1 seeds, MacBush, Trump. Carson and Paul of Kentucky. It will come down to Trump versus MacBush, if Trump doesn't have any accidents. Sanders/Clinton will lose Fla and Ohio, so the correct bracketology would show GOP sweeping the electoral college at this point. But the comparative primary turnout also would be factored. Regardless, Presidents are usually picked by Nate Silver, no need for an election day.
