Totalitarian fascism and totalitarian capitalism are the same thing, which is power to the corporations.
Totalitarian capitalism is an advance over fascism, as it doesn't seek or need a world war, just credible creditors. No need to invade Greece when you own it. The US threatens a world war against BRIC, but never does it.This is like when Schacht had Hitler slow down because genocide hurt the economy.
