Americans oppose NSA surveillance on them, but Democrats only barely

If a majority of Democrats, Republicans and Independents are against NSA spying on citizens - why is it still happening?

Oh, that's right. I forgot. This is not a democratic republic anymore.

I don't like the govt spying on me, but what I like less is the fact that they are wasting time and money spying on Americans when they should be protecting Americans against spying by others, such as the Chinese, the Russians, the Saudis, and various domestic criminal enterprises.

And if Clinton's server was so insecure, why couldn't the hotshots at the FBI or the JD crack it? Why hasn't she asked that question? What nonsense.
