Weird political analysis of the day

Time - Potential 2016 candidate Carly Fiorina told business leaders  that the difference between liberals and conservatives can be found in how they view the inherent worth of every person.

“I think the core of conservative philosophy is that every one of us is equal. Every one of us has God-given gifts. No one of us is better than any other one of us,” she told an audience at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, during a morning address on technology and philanthropy in the Lincoln Labs’ Reboot Congress conference. “I don’t think liberals believe that.”

The former CEO of Hewlett-Packard cited her own experience rising from an office secretary to become the first female CEO of a Fortune 50 company as an example of the self-determinism and potential of the “God-given gifts” in everyone. She said this philosophy was fundamentally at odds with liberal government.

“The heart of liberal philosophy, if you look at their actions as opposed to listen to their words… is that actually not everyone is capable,” she said. “Some are smarter than others. Some are better than others. But don’t worry, some of us are going to take care of the rest of us. I think that’s the core of liberal programs.”

I think you are very wrong. I hear nothing but blame, prejudice, and misinformation from the conservatives I know. And people like you just fuel the flames of an increasing divide between the people in this country.

Just can't good help these days and liberals are the reason for that.

Being a woman, addressing those who prevented ERA and conduct a war on women and the 99.9% and almost everything having to do with planet earth, she had better come up with the reason natural eqality gets twisted into inequality is because of rotten apple liberals. Conservatives suffer because liberals convinced their undocumented immigrant household servants not to dream bigger. Like maybe they could escape to Canada and have a better life.

There is a very large logical problem here. This is the common use of such generalizations such as "conservative" or "liberal". There are no such people. There are just individuals, some of whom might share similar biases, beliefs, and even real knowledge. The speech was flawed logically, and simply represents a kind of instiutional "religious" aspect of the kind of in a bubble thinking common in certain circles. Don't buy the memes, fight them.

Because some are smarter and better than others, then we will help you. That is, life is about rising through the ranks, like butterflies need to work their way out of a cocoon, but liberals mess with the natural Darwinian plan by doing unto others socialistically. This is why the inferior remain inferior rather than being like Fiorina. They don't strive and so never learn life's hard lessons. Let them eat cake, they will be be smarter and better for it.
