Twitter is blocking us

Sorry to report but Twitter has been blocking our posts for the past 24 hours. They claim:

For security purposes, your account has been locked. Because we detected unusual activity, we locked your account to keep it safe. Change your password now to unlock your account.

The problem is that we have not received any the emails they claim to have sent us to reset our password and they have no apparent way for direct human contact, and thus we remain in limbo.

If you have any ideas, we sure would appreciate them.
