One of these studies is not like the other two. Can you tell which?

The Japanese aspirin study is actual science -- an experiment done in a way which is repeatable, statistically sound, and actually results in knowledge which can be applied and extended.

The other two, not so much. They are what Richard Feynmann called "cargo cult science." It looks like science is being done, but it fact it is missing a fundamental ingredient.
