Study Finds - More than a third of Americans (38%) have never felt more uninspired at work than they do now. The survey, conducted by Talker Research and commissioned by Life Time Work, polled 2,000 employed Americans and found that this lack of inspiration is directly impacting productivity. Another 38 percent of respondents admitted to feeling only “somewhat” productive at work, with those working in suburban areas being hit the hardest (41%). So, what’s causing this productivity slump? Well, it turns out that our work setting plays a significant role. The survey revealed that 37 percent of those with a work routine consider it to be stale, especially those who work fully in person (39%). But it’s not just about the physical space; the people and community around our workspace also have a profound effect on our productivity. Sixty-two percent of respondents said that the individuals and community surrounding their workspace positively influence their productivity.
