Job cuts at Disney

Bloomberg - Walt Disney is said to be preparing thousands of job cuts, asking some managers to find annual savings of 20%. Earnings may be holding up, but the entertainment giant is still grappling with a shift in consumer attention to social media and online video. Netflix, Sony and others face similar pressures and have also cut jobs.
