That was the vote at the United Nations on a landmark resolution to protect basic women’s rights, expand access to justice, and advance global gender equality. 37 nations stood up and said YES. Only one country voted NO: The United States.

While the rest of the world joined hands to push human
rights forward, the Trump administration stood completely isolated, fighting to
block and dismantle progress for women.
This isn't just backward politics - it’s an explicit message
from the current regime: they view women as second class citizens.
