Forward Blue -    Trump signs executive order targeting Vote-by-Mail ahead of midterms. Vote-by-Mail isn't a loophole. It is a legal, widely used, court-upheld method of casting a ballot. Over 46% of votes in 2020 were cast by mail. If this order goes unanswered, Republican election officials will have cover to restrict, delay, and reject mail ballots in the run-up to November.
