Cate Martel, The Hill - The roads in Washington are still such a mess. And Washingtonian ruined my day with reporting that a “small geyser” of “poop water” is flooding into the Potomac River. Oh, and don’t kill the messenger, but there’s a chance another big storm will hit the East Coast this weekend. Man, I feel like the bearer of bad news today.
