Axios - Trump's new Ukraine plan would grant Russia parts of eastern Ukraine it doesn't currently control, a U.S. official with direct knowledge tells Axios' Barak Ravid. In exchange, Ukraine and Europe would get U.S. security guarantees against future Russian aggression.
