The Times, UK -President Trump has the lowest net approval rating at the start of a presidential term since modern polling began with Dwight Eisenhower in 1953.His net rating of minus 1 per cent in a longstanding Gallup poll of new American leaders is worse than the record low of 0 per cent he set at the outset of his first term in 2017.
