Dennis Kucinich had experience at all three levels of government, and in all three branches. He was a big-city councilman (muni lege), big-city mayor (Cleveland has a diverse population the size of Vermont's), clerk of courts (muni judicial), state senate (state lege), and federal House (federal lege).
And he would have been the prez we needed then and need now. Harris doesn't even begin to come close.
