JUST WONDERING

Sam Smith - If not offending fellow members of Congress and producing impeachment, a president can also now commit crimes soon enough before their inauguration that they are not called before a jury prior to that event.  This would seem to be contrary to the principles of what we call a  constitutional democracy. What would be a better term?
