Fair Vote - In recent days, major newspaper editorial boards in Alaska, Colorado, and Idaho endorsed open primaries and ranked choice voting. All three states have the reform on the ballot this November.

CNN - Most voters think former President Donald Trump will not concede if he loses the 2024 presidential election, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS, with a sizable minority of his backers saying losing candidates have no obligation to do so. Overall, just 30% of registered voters think Trump will accept the results of the election and concede if he loses, while 73% say that Vice President Kamala Harris would accept an election loss.

Roll Call - A federal judge on Friday ordered Virginia to return to its voter rolls names that were recently purged, including many who may not be citizens. U.S. District Judge Patricia Tolliver Giles, an appointee of President Joe Biden, issued the four-page order instructing Virginia to cease any systemic program to remove names from the rolls fewer than 90 days before the election, restore almost all the names already removed and inform individuals who were removed that they’ve been reinstated.
