Politico - “Donald Trump says that North Carolina’s Fort Liberty would once
again become Fort Bragg if he’s reelected — less than two years after
the base was renamed to remove the name of a Confederate general as part
of efforts to reckon with the legacy of racism,” Politico reports. Said Trump: “I think I just learned the secret to winning absolutely
and by massive margins. I’m going to promise to you… that we’re going to
change the name back to Fort Bragg.”
