NBC News - Donald Trump overcharged Secret Service agents protecting him and his family for rooms at his hotel in Washington while he was president, a report from House Democrats alleges. The then-president also benefited when U.S. officials and others seeking pardons from him and jobs in his administration paid for stays at the Trump International Hotel, Democrats contend. The report, obtained by NBC News, is part two of an investigation by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee into financial benefits Trump received while in office and is based on spending records obtained from his former accounting firm.
