Kyle Griffin - Judge Tanya Chutkan has rejected an effort from Trump's lawyers to push off — until after the election — consideration of the federal election interference case. Chutkan says that, by Thursday evening, the special counsel should file his presentation about why the Supreme Court's immunity decision should not lead to the dismissal of the charges brought against Trump.
Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski says she will not vote for Donald Trump.
