 Democratic Conservation AllianceA new study based on data from the National Parks Service found that 97% of the 397 parks analyzed had experienced unhealthy breathing conditions. Yosemite and Joshua Tree had the worst air quality. Half of the parks were at high-risk for a climate change-related threat like wildfire or drought. 42 parks had a levels of ozone that were considered a significant health concern.
