Axios - Ford is overhauling its EV strategy, leaning into the commercial market with a new electric work van coming in 2026 while scrapping plans for all-electric, 3-row SUVs and delaying a new pickup. The automaker's share of overall capital spending going to EVs will fall. CNBC has more.
